“In oneself lies the whole world.
If you know how to look and learn, the door is there and the key is in your hand. ”
— Jiddu Krishnamurti
Know Thyself
A 6-part program for developing clarity,
emotional understanding, and self-trust.
This is for you if…
you are thoughtful and self-aware, and want to go deeper
you are navigating a transition (burnout, reinvention, loss, relationship change)
you value emotional intelligence, nuance, and honesty
you want to develop clarity and self-trust
You don’t need to be a writer.
You don’t need to share personal stories.
You DO need to be willing to sit with yourself and work with what you find.
This is not about fixing yourself; it’s about seeing yourself clearly.
What the program explores
Each weekly session focuses on a distinct theme:
How you currently define yourself — through roles, responsibilities, and expectations
The values, desires, and beliefs shaping your choices
The different “parts” of you, what they’re protecting, and whether their strategies still serve you
How to work with inner conflict without self-judgement or bypassing
What joy genuinely means to you, and how it’s been shaped or restricted
How to integrate insight into everyday life, so clarity translates into action
What you’ll gain
Insight that creates a lasting ripple through relationships and daily life.
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
Understand why something is bothering you and often resolve it through a clear shift in perspective
Interrupt emotional patterns before they take over
Regulate anxiety through practical, repeatable writing tools
Ask yourself the questions you usually avoid — with steadiness
Move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and internal coherence
Why it works
Reflective writing has been used for centuries to cultivate clarity and wise responses from Stoic self-examination to contemplative and psychological traditions across cultures.
With intention, writing becomes more than expression:
it slows the nervous system
it reveals what thinking alone cannot
it allows insight without force or performance

I loved how Rachel incorporated science and facts to help us understand why we use certain methods, the poems at the end are beautiful, inspiring and evoke emotion. She also gave us plenty of time to do the activities and didn't rush us to finish. Really nice flow and energy in the sessions.

If you are the kind of person who is constantly hustling, moving, and doing, you will benefit from a course like this. It helps you slow down, observe what is happening inside, and tap into your energy of being. You come out with tools to explore what’s hidden within and with greater self-awareness.

A deep look into oneself that challenges current self-beliefs, good or bad, whilst laying down a nice framework and structured approach to tackle life's questions. You'll take away tools that will teach you how to help yourself, or at the very least, point you in the right direction.

I found it so helpful to have Rachel as a guide, and an astute witness in some of the deeper processes we went into. I was able to access a vital, estranged part of myself that led me on a healing path that is still unfolding

Despite my original scepticism I am very glad that I 'signed up'. It had a significant impact knowing myself despite a certain 'seniority' in age.
