In this free audio workshop, I’ll guide you through a gentle review of your year and help you to set intentions (not resolutions) for the winter months so you can greet Spring feeling refreshed, energised and cleansed.

All you need is an hour or so of undisturbed time, a notebook and pen, and a lovely cup of something warm. Having your schedule or photos app to hand may also be useful for recalling the year’s events.
